Growing capacity: Manufacturer-rated by Farmbox Foods at 400 lbs per week. Our own typical range is 250-350 lbs per week (strain and conditions dependent), with two fruiting cabinets and 4-tier stainless shelving.

Mushroom types: set up for oyster, lion's mane, and shiitake varieties.

Climate control: 2ton minisplit heat pump (heating and cooling), ultrasonic humidification, CO2 monitor and exhaust control.
